Delivery / Shipping information

Here are the various delivery services we use to get your Vape UK order straight to your door. 

*We offer FREE UK delivery on all orders over £20

We operate a SAME DAY DISPATCH service on all orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday; as well as by 12pm Saturday using the DPD Local shipping option (excluding bank holidays).

All orders with Royal Mail as a chosen delivery option which are placed after 4:30pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

All orders with DPD Local as a chosen delivery option which are placed after 12pm on Saturday will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

If you require delivery on Sunday please order after our 4:30pm Friday cut off and by 12pm Saturday and choose the DPD Local option.

UK Mainland

All orders to the UK mainland are sent by either Royal Mail or DPD Local. 

The various delivery options and prices available at check-out are:

Royal Mail Tracked 48  (Signature Required on all orders over £60.00)
Usually two working days but allow up to 7 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.
£2.99 for orders under £20
FREE on orders over £20

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Signature Required)
Usually next day but not guaranteed, please allow 3 working days. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service.
£4.99 for orders under £20
£3.99 for orders between £20 and £59.99
£1.99 for orders between £60 and £99.99
FREE on orders over £100

DPD Local
Next day (excluding Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands which is a two day service.)  Deliveries made Monday to Sunday. A fully tracked service with a 1hr delivery window and collection point options. Signature required on delivery.

£5.99 for orders between £20 and £59.99
£3.99 for orders between £60 and £99.99

£2.99 for orders over £100

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm
Guaranteed next day by 1pm. Deliveries made Monday to Saturday. A fully tracked service. Signature required on delivery.
£12.99 for orders under £20
£9.99 for orders between £20 and £59.99
£7.99 for orders over £60

All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

Orders placed after 4:30pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day, (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). UK orders for delivery Sunday must be placed by 12pm on Saturday.

We do not offer delivery on Bank Holidays.

Orders to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and most Channel Islands will be sent by Royal Mail.

Occasionally we may upgrade orders to the DPD Local service and this will be noted in your order fulfilled notification email.

Notes made at the checkout concerning delivery requests can't be relayed and won't be seen by the delivery drivers. This order notes facility is just to let us know of anything specific to do with your order.

If your order hasn't arrived within the specified time frame shown for the delivery method chosen then please contact us within 10 days of the date we dispatched your order so we can investigate with the relevant handler. Unfortunately we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries notified to us after 10 working days.

If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve any issues. 


Due to courier restrictions, we cannot ship loose, lithium batteries overseas.

All international orders are sent by Royal Mail International or DPD International. Postage costs are based on the weight of your order which will be calculated at the checkout.

Depending on your location, the service options available are:

Royal Mail International Signed For, Tracked or Tracked & Signed - 3 to 15 days 
DPD International Tracked & Signed - 2 to 7 days

Imports of vaping equipment can sometimes be difficult to receive and we can not be held responsible for any customs issues, tax or duties which your local office imposes.
Please ensure your destination country allows the import of vaping equipment before placing your order. If an item is seized by your local customs office this is the responsibility of the customer to resolve the issue. 

If an item is returned to us by the customs office, we will issue a refund minus any postage and custom costs or fees incurred by ourselves. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee.

We are bound by Royal Mail's terms and conditions which are listed on their website. If an item doesn't arrive within the estimated timeframe, we have to wait for up to 25 days before a claim can be made.
