Royal Mail Delivery Exclusions
Unfortunately, due to changes in Royal Mail's delivery policy, we are unable to offer Royal Mail services to the following postcodes if your order contains more than two lithium batteries. This includes products such as vape kits, built-in batteries or battery cells. Alternative courier options are available at checkout for orders with more than two of these products.

We do not offer shipping to any international destinations.
Evri Orders to Jersey
The Government of Jersey has introduced an excise duty on vape liquid, effective 11 May 2026; a tax of £0.20 per millilitre on all vape liquids (e-liquids), whether they contain nicotine or not.
Because of this law, all shipments to Jersey must comply with these strict duty rules, and the customer is responsible for declaring and paying the duty directly to Jersey Customs.
How it works when you order from us:
We Ship, Customs Holds: We will ship your order as usual, and when it arrives in Jersey, customs will temporarily hold your parcel.
Watch for a Notification: Your courier will contact you via text, email, or a door card. They will provide a tracking number or Consignment Line Code (CLC).
Pay Online: Go to the official Jersey Customs portal, enter your code, and pay the £0.20/ml vaping duty, plus the standard 5% GST (on orders over £60).
Delivery to Your Door: As soon as your payment clears online, Customs will release your parcel, and it will be delivered straight to you.
Please note: It is important to pay this fee promptly upon notification. Under Jersey law, failure to declare and pay the duty will result in your package being seized by customs.
Important
Vape UK is a responsible retailer with a legal obligation to ensure that all customers who buy from us are at least 18 years of age. Your first order with us will be processed using the services of 1Account to verify your age.
These checks are performed after your order has been placed. You will see a pop-up window on the order confirmation page. Please follow the instructions there. If we cannot verify your age, we cannot send your items until you have verified with 1Account. We cannot be held responsible for any delays this may cause in sending your order. All orders are sent in discreet packaging.
We do not dispatch orders on Bank Holidays.
If you have selected the 'Deliver to Pick-Up Shop' option with DPD via their app or email notifications, please expect a minimum 24-hour delay in receiving your order.
If your order hasn't arrived within the specified timeframe for the chosen delivery method, please let us know within 10 days of dispatch so we can investigate with the relevant carrier. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate or replace any missing deliveries reported to us after 10 working days.
If there is a discrepancy with your order and the items you have received, please get in touch with us immediately so we can help resolve any issues. Unfortunately, we are unable to investigate such discrepancies if they are reported to us after 5 working days.
British Forces Post Office (BFPO)
Orders placed with a BFPO delivery address are estimated to arrive within 10-14 working days after leaving us. All BFPO orders are sent via Royal Mail, with the required CN22/23 documentation attached.
To avoid delays in receiving your order or in having it returned to us, it is essential to enter the correct BFPO number and the accompanying BF postal code, along with the required address format and information.
International Shipping
At present, we are unable to ship internationally.
