Our team will be more than happy to partially/fully credit your delivery costs as long as the fault is a service failure on our part. We're not liable to credit delivery costs in circumstances out of our control (for instance the highly changeable British weather!).

Sorry, once an order has been dispatched you can't change the delivery service that you originally chose.

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

Yes, we do offer shipping to the Channel Islands.

If your order contains less than two lithium batteries, it’s eligible for Royal Mail shipping. If your order contains more than two lithium batteries, alternative shipping options are available at the checkout.

Yes, we ship all over the UK, but some remote areas face shipping restrictions from our delivery partners.

This includes remote areas in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, other areas of Scotland and the Channel Islands - Guernsey and Jersey.

This is due to unique customs regulations imposed on vaping products and restrictions on items that can be sent via air freight.

However, shipping is still available for these areas, with various shipping options available at the checkout.
