Creating an account to shop on the Vape UK website is simple.
1a. On desktop - click the person/account icon in the top right corner of your screen.

1b. On mobile - click the hamburger menu in the top right corner of your screen.

Select 'Log in' to move to the next screen.

2. Enter your email address to check if you already have an account with us. If you do, clicking continue will take you to the login screen. If you don't, you will be taken to the account creation screen.

3. Complete the form and select a password

4. Click 'Create an Account' and you will be sent an email to verifiy your email address.

5. Click the link in the email and you will be taken back into the login area and your account is created. Happy shopping!
There are many ways to tell your fellow consumers what you think about Vape UK. Reviews are the lifeblood of any business and we are always grateful to receive them. They help us to learn how to do things better or to know when we've done a good job.
If you've placed an order on our site, you will receive two follow up emails prompting you to leave a review.
One email will be to ask you to review the product you bought - these help people make informed choices about their vaping equipment. As a thank you for reviewing your products, we’ll credit your loyalty account with 15 reward points for each one. If you’ve got a great photo of your new vape product, we’d love you to share it. You’ll get an extra 25 reward points for your product review, taking the total to 40 points.
The other email will ask you to comment on your overall experience purchasing from Vape UK - these help people to make informed choices about who to buy their vaping equipment from. With so many online vape businesses for people to choose from, this review is super important to us. We are proud that we consistently receive fantastic reviews for our service - in fact, over 90% of our reviews are 5* which is a testament to our hardworking team.

If you haven't purchased anything from us recently, and want to let people know what you think, you can also leave reviews on our Trustpilot page or our Google business page.
You can store different shipping addresses within your account to make your order checkout process even easier.

Select 'Log in' to move to the next screen and log into your account.

4. From the expanded menu, select 'Addresses'

5. The screen will now show any addresses you have used when ordering from our site. Click the 'Add New Address' button to add another address.

6. Complete the address form ensuring all of the information is correct. If this is going to be your regular shipping or billing address, check the default box(es) and it/they will be auto-filled everytime you checkout an order. Click 'Save address'.

You can view all of your current and previous orders that you've placed on our website, and see their fulfillment status.
1. Login into your account.
2a. On desktop - click on your name to expand the account popup and select 'Orders'.

2b. On mobile - tap on your name to access your account area.

Then click the 'Menu' button to expand the menu.

And from the expanded menu, select 'Orders'

3. Your orders will be shown from the latest order placed and you will be able to see the delivery status of each.

If you wish to change the order you can do this from the 'Sort by' dropdown.

You can also use the filter to only see orders at various stages of completion.

4. By clicking "View order", you will be able to see the full details of any specific order, including the loyalty points you earned from the purchase.

5. By clicking 'Track order', you will be able to see the delivery status and tracking history of your order in real time.

The VUK VIP loyalty program offers you fantastic perks and rewards, and the great news is that anybody can become a member!
If you already have a Vape UK account, then you also have a loyalty program account as it is automatically created for you when you sign up to purchase from us. Your rewards account will be credited with 50 points just for creating an account :-)
If you don't have a Vape UK account, you can create one following the steps in 'How do I create a new account?'
With all of the secure websites we access regularly, who hasn't forgotten a password or two in their time? It happens to the best of us! Luckily, it doesn't mean that you won't be able to purchase your favourite vaping products. Simply follow the steps below to reset your password.
1a. On desktop - click the person/account icon in the top right corner of your screen.

1b. On mobile - click the hamburger menu in the top right corner of your screen.

Select 'Log in' to move to the next screen.

2. Next click on the 'Forgot Password' above the email field.

3. Click 'Send email' to recieve your password reset link directly to the inbox associated with your Vape UK account.

4. Go to your inbox to find the email. Check your junk folder if it hasn't arrived after a few minutes.

5. Click the 'Reset your password' link to go back to the Vape UK site to create your new password.

6. You will be taken back to the Vape UK website to our 'Create a new password' page. Choose a new password, enter again to confirm, and select 'Save password'.

7. All done - you can now shop to your heart's content!
As a valued Vape UK VIP Club member, you’ll have been earning points in many different ways. You’ll find that your points are quickly racking up, just by purchasing the products that you love.
When you have enough, you’ll want to do something with them… that’s the whole point of rewards!
Follow the simple steps in our dedicated Rewards area to learn how to access your VIP Club account, check your reward point balance, and redeem your points against your purchases.
You can check the box marked ‘Save payment method for future orders’ at the checkout when placing an order for the first time. This saves you the hassle of entering your card details every time you place an order.
If you want to remove or update your payment methods, follow these simple steps:
1a. On desktop - click the person/account icon in the top right corner of your screen, and log in to your account.

1b. On mobile - click the hamburger menu in the top right corner of your screen.

Select 'Log in' to move to the next screen and log into your account.

2a. On desktop - click on your name to access your account area

4. From the expanded menu, select 'Payment Methods'

5. Delete any unwanted payment methods you previously saved, or update them when they expire.

You can easily reorder products you bought from us previously providing we still stock them.
1. Login into your account.
2a. On desktop - click on your name to expand the account popup and select 'Buy Again'.

2b. On mobile - tap on your name to access your account area.

Then click the 'Menu' button to expand the menu.

And from the expanded menu, select 'Buy Again'

3. Your favourite products will be shown in the order of most recently purchased.

If you wish to change the order you can do this from the 'Sort by' dropdown.

4. Click 'Add to cart' if there are no changes to the product options.

5. If you need to change any of the product criteria, click "Select options" to see a popup containing all of the product variants available.

6. Alternatively, you can reorder products purchased from a specific order, accessible from your order history (see question 'How do I view my current orders and order history?')
Simply select the product(s) you wish to reorder and 'Add to cart'.
If your birth date is within 30 days of you opening your account or entering your date of birth, you may not see your points appear.
If this occurs, it's best to contact us, and we'll be able to assist you.
