Creating an account to shop on the Vape UK website is simple.
1. Click the person/account icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Select 'Create Account' which will take you to the new account screen.
3. Complete the form and select a password
4. Click 'Create Account' and you will be sent an email to verifiy your email address.
5. Click the link in the email and you will be taken back into the login area and your account is created. Happy shopping!
You can store different shipping addresses within your account to make your order checkout process even easier.
1. Click on the person/account icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Select 'Login' and enter your email address and password on the login screen. (Not got an account yet? Select the 'Create Account' option first.)
3. Select 'Address Book'.
4. The screen will now show any addresses you have used when ordering from our site. Click the 'Add New Address' button in the bottom right corner.
5. Complete the address form ensuring all of the information is correct. If this is going to be your regular shipping address, check the box for 'Use as my default billing address' (1) and it will be auto-filled everytime you checkout an order. Click Save Address (2)
6. You will now see your new address listed
You can view all of your current and previous orders that you've placed on our website, and see their fulfillment status.
1. Login into your account.
2. Click "My Orders/Buy Again".
3. The screen will now show your order history as a list. Click on "View Order" to see your order in more detail (see point 4), or "Reorder" to buy your product(s) again.

5. By clicking "Reorder", you will be taken directly to your shopping cart to reorder the same products, you can adjust quantities there.
With all of the secure websites we access regularly, who hasn't forgotten a password or two in their time? It happens to the best of us! Luckily, it doesn't mean that you won't be able to purchase your favourite vaping products. Simply follow the steps below to reset your password.
1. Click on the person/account icon in the top right corner of your screen and select 'Login' from the dropdown.
2. You will be taken to the login screen. Enter the email address that you used to setup your account.
3. Next click on the 'Forgot your password?' link below the password field
4. Enter your email address again and click 'Reset My Pasword'.
5. You will receive an email from Vape UK containing a link to 'Reset your password'. Click the link.
6. You will be taken back to the Vape UK website to a new 'Set a New Password' page. Choose a new password, enter again to confirm, and select 'Set a New Password''.
7. All done - you can now shop to your heart's content!

If you already have a Vape UK account, then you also have a loyalty program account as it is automatically created for you when you sign up to purchase from us. Your rewards account will be credited with 50 points just for creating an account :-)
If you don't have a Vape UK account, you can create one following the steps in 'How do I create a new account?'
Whenever you shop with Vape UK, either online or in-store, you will earn 1point for every £1 you spend. Find out how you can earn points in other ways here.
For every 125 vape points you earn, you will be able to access a £5 reward voucher to use on your next order.
To see what you've earned, follow these simple steps:
1. Click the VIP tab or button at the bottom left of the screen or device screen
> The Rewards Page will show you how many points you have.
2. If you go to the checkout when you are signed in > you can see your points available at checkout stage.
When placing an order for the first time, you can 'save payment method for future orders'. This saves you the hassle of entering your card details every time you place an order.
If you want to change your payment details, you can go onto your account and click on the 'Payment Methods' tab.
Now, you can delete existing bank details and enter new ones once you place an order. Make sure to save your bank details at the checkout to save them for future purchases.
Alternatively, you can also use different bank details at the checkout when placing your order and save them to add to your account.
