How do I become a member of the Vape UK VIP Club?
Signing up is easy! Create a Vape UK account by entering your name and email and choosing a password.
It’s free to join, and you can also sign up to receive our popular emails, which give you insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops (hint: you’ll get 10 loyalty points when you subscribe).
If you already have a Vape UK account - you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program, so you can kick back, sign in, and earn points!
What are the advantages of becoming a Vape UK VIP Club member?
Our tiered rewards program allows you to access more perks the more you spend with us.
Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
You also earn points on your birthday (just give us your date of birth when you create an account) for reading our helpful blogs and guides, signing up for our informative newsletters, and much more.

Your account
I’ve checked out as a guest in the past; did I still earn points?
Amazingly, yes! If you have checked out an order within the past six months without creating a Vape UK account, our system will have recorded the points you would have earned from those purchases.
If you create an account using the same email address you used when checking out as a guest, your point balance will update with your previous orders.
I already have a Vape UK account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
We took care of that for you! All customers with an active account are automatically enrolled in our VIP Club. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.
Where can I find all of my VIP Club info?
Your rewards account is your roadmap to all your points and perks. You can access all your info, including your current account balance and VIP tier status, by visiting your VIP area.
What if I have an old email or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts and earnings?
Contact our helpful customer service team; we will gladly assist you with merging your accounts..
Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Creating a Vape UK account is 100% free, and you’ll earn reward points to get you started.
To join our VIP ranks as a Bronze member, you only need to spend £1, and then you’ll access even more perks.
Earning reward points
How do I earn reward points?
When you’re a Vape UK VIP Club member, you will earn points for every pound you spend, every review you leave, for having a birthday, and much more.
Get started as a Bronze VIP. Move up the tiers, earn points, claim bonuses, unlock discounts, and enjoy exclusive rewards.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
Nope! That’s the best part about being a VIP Club member! You can earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our helpful content, reviewing your purchases, and more.
Will my loyalty points expire?
Points will expire if an account is dormant after inactivity exceeding 24 months. We will send periodic emails to remind you that you have unspent reward points in your account. If no action is taken, your points balance will lapse.
Redeeming your points
How do I redeem my points?
Exchanging your reward points for great discounts couldn't be easier! Visit our ‘Ways to Spend’ page for a step-by-step guide.
I have enough points; why can I not choose a reward?
The minimum reward discount is £5. Ensure that your shopping cart total is more than £5; otherwise, you won’t be able to select a reward.
Can I use a loyalty reward in conjunction with another discount code?
Afraid not — it’s always one or the other with discounts. Use one code for this purchase, then save the other for your next :-)
Why can I see the dropdown but not select all the reward options?
There are two possibilities here:
- You can only select the options for the rewards you qualify for. If you have 500 points, you’ll be able to choose the £5, £10, and £20 options, but not the £30 one.
- If you have enough loyalty points but still can’t select all the options, refer to the question above regarding total shopping cart value. You can’t choose a discount that is more than the value of your order.
I’ve got more than 600 points, can I get a larger discount?
£30 is the maximum discount we offer against any single purchase. Just keep hold of the rest and use them against your next order with us.
Ah, but what if I select two discount vouchers?
I guarantee that you won’t be able to. If you select one discount voucher from the dropdown, apply it, and then go back to the dropdown to choose another, the second discount you apply will override the first one.
Can my loyalty points only be redeemed against order discounts?
Currently, yes. The vast majority of our customers wanted to use them for that, so that’s how we set up the reward scheme. We'd be happy to look into it if there’s a big demand for other ways to redeem. Let us know if you have any ideas.
Returns
What happens if I return products that have been bought using reward points?
In this situation, we will refund the value of the returned goods to you in actual cash. Trying to separate the value of points from the balance of money spent on an order is far more complex than simply refunding you in cash. After all, you’ve already earned the discount in cash, so you might as well get it back in cash.
VIP tiers
How is my VIP tier determined?
Your VIP tier is calculated on a rolling 12-month spend basis. To reach:
- Bronze, you must spend £1
- Silver, you must spend £500
- Gold, you must spend £1,000
- Platinum, you must spend £2,500
Once you reach the next spend threshold, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks. You will retain all benefits from your previous tier as you rise in the VIP ranks.
How do I know which VIP tier I’m currently in?
When you log into your Vape UK account and navigate to your rewards hub, the page will list all of the VIP tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around them.
How will I know when I’ve reached a new VIP tier?
When your 12-month rolling spend crosses a tier threshold, you will receive an email welcoming you to the new tier.
Why have I moved down a VIP tier?
VIP tier thresholds are calculated on a rolling 12-month spend basis. If you don’t order from us for a while, and your annual spend falls below the threshold required to be in that particular VIP tier, then you will be moved down to a level below. As soon as your annual spend reaches the threshold again, you’ll automatically be moved back up.
Troubleshooting
I just placed an order - where are my points?
The points for your order will show in your account after it has been shipped. This is in case you change your mind and cancel your order. It can take a day or so for the system to sync your points after the order ships.
I told you that today is my birthday - where are my points?
The system can take up to 30 days to recognise a date of birth update and award the relevant points. Please be patient; your birthday reward is on the way.
My loyalty account doesn’t show the correct balance.
Firstly, ensure you’ve logged into your Vape UK account using the correct email address. If you have, and your balance is still incorrect, consider if you’ve left enough time for your account to sync since the last time you completed an activity. Various activities can take between 24 hours to 30 days to update.
I don't buy from you anymore; can I trade in my points for cash?
Haha, nope! That’s not how any loyalty scheme in the world works. Nice try, though ;-)
