Create a Vape UK account
Even the creation of a Vape UK account is rewarded; and signing up for an account couldn’t be easier.
Simply visit our Account Creation page, fill out a few key details, choose a password, and you’re good to go.
With a Vape UK account you can view and manage your orders, reorder your favourite products, store payment methods for faster checkouts, and track your orders in real time.

Climb the Vape UK VIP Club ranks
Our VIP Club gets even more generous as you place more orders with us. We have four tiers, and you’ll move up the ranks as you spend throughout the year.
You'll be awarded Bronze status as soon as you spend your first £1 with us.
Spend £500 in a year and you'll automatically become a Silver member.
We'll credit your account with a 25 point tier entry bonus, and you'll unlock new benefits.
Move up to Gold membership by spending £1000.
We'll add 50 points to your reward pot as a bonus, and your benefits will improve further still.
Our Platinum tier is reserved for customers who spend £2,500 or more.
You'll get a 100 point bonus, and receive our highest level of rewards and benefits.
Place orders
Buy your favourite vaping products and receive reward points for every £1 you spend. The amount of points you earn depends on your VIP Club status.
Bronze members receive 1 point for every £1 spent.
Silver membership means you’ll earn 1.25 points for every £1 you spend.
Become a Gold member, and earn 1.5 points.
Reach our Platinum tier, and earn 1.75 points for each and every £1.
Please note: Reaching a new spend threshold, and being allocated a new VIP tier status, does happen automatically — but NOT instantly. The system requires time to sync, and also allows a timescale for orders being cancelled. Please allow up to a week for your new status to be recognised when you order.

Review your products
Product reviews are so important to help your fellow vapers make an informed decision about what they buy. As a thank you for reviewing a product that you’ve purchased from us, we’ll credit your account with 15 points for each one.
Please note: We can only award points for verified purchases. This means that you should wait for the product review request email that we send to you 12 days after you’ve placed your order. Product reviews left directly on the site DO NOT qualify for reward points (but we welcome them anyway).
Also note: We cannot award loyalty points for site/company reviews. If you review Vape UK on Google, Trustpilot, or via the ‘WRITE A REVIEW’ link on our reviews page, we always appreciate it, but we can’t reward it.
Add a photo to your review
If you’ve got a great photo of your new vape product, then we’d love you to share it. As a thank you, you’ll get an extra 25 reward points for your product review - taking the total to 40 points.
Please note: Curation of any photo added to a product review takes time as we need to ensure the content is relevant and safe. Consequently, your point balance may show your product review reward, but not the additional photo reward. This could take an extra few days to show in your account.
Reach the next VIP tier
As you move through the Vape UK VIP Club ranks, not only will you unlock new benefits, you will also receive a tier entry bonus as a thank you for your valued custom.
Account anniversary
We’ll add bonus reward points to your loyalty account for every year that you’re a Vape UK customer.
Please note: The anniversary is calculated from the date you created a Vape UK account, which isn’t necessarily the same date you placed your first order if you used to check out your purchases as a guest.
Celebrate your birthday
Let us know your date of birth, and you’ll receive a special present of points on your birthday.
Please note: If your birthday falls within the same month that you update your account with your date of birth, your points will be added to your account the next time the system syncs. This can take up to 30 days.
Double point products
Certain products attract even more points when you purchase them.
All of our own Vape UK e-liquids (excl. nic shots) are always worth 2 points for every £1 spent on them.
Plus, on the 1st of every month we choose a different selection of best-selling products to receive double points that month, and boost your VIP Club membership account.
Double point days
Each year we designate four dates as “Double point days”. There is one per quarter, and how many you have access to depends on your VIP Club status.
We’ll send you an email to remind you that a double point day is coming up, so you can mark it in your calendar.
Please note: The double point days are fixed at the start of the year, and cannot be moved on a case-by-case basis.
New Year bonus
What better way to celebrate the start of a new year than with a gift of points on the next order of your favourite vaping products?
Simply place your first order of the year, from 1st January onwards, and your New Year bonus will be automatically applied.

24hrs extra on BFCM offers
Our Gold and Platinum VIP Club members will have access to our Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers for an extra 24 hours.
Our BFCM offers change every year, and are always extremely popular. You might get a higher level of discount on sale items, or more points per pound.
Whatever the offer may be, you’ll have an additional day to take full advantage of it.

Loyalty punch card
Our Platinum VIP Club members receive an exclusive virtual punch card that gets stamped with every qualifying purchase. Complete the card by placing 10 orders over £50 to collect the reward.
Once you’ve completed your loyalty punch card, it will reset so you can purchase your way towards another reward.
Please note: There is no limit on the number of loyalty punch cards you can complete; however, if a card isn’t completed within a year it will expire and a new one will be started the next time you place a qualifying order.
