My ELFX PRO came the next day as promised and unfortunately the magnets holding in the pod were very weak and the pod kept falling off in my pocket, I contacted VAPE UK and I received a replacement unit the next day and they even sent me a prepaid bag to return the faulty item. Thank you

Had a poorly made up order. Missing 10 pack of vape oil wrong colour new vape, etc. After sending a couple of emails they did not correct the order they went ABOVE AND BEYOND by resending my original order in full . It is a rare thing these days to see customer service to thus standard. Many Thanks Guys.

My vape came broken, it leaks out liquid. It also came missing a liquid. Not sure what to do from now. However the shipping was fast just abit annoyed
