Great Flavour - Poor Bottle

This liquid is amazing. Tastes great and nice and smooth. Would be a 5 if I could actually open the short fill cap without spending half an hour prying it open with various tools. Both the tips have now broken off so dont know what to do. Also cut myself on the plastic whilst trying to pry open. Surely this can be simplified
