IVG's ground-breaking Big Puff 2400 disposable pod kit is here to stay.
Beating the disposable ban, this prefilled IVG 2400 Reload rechargeable kit offers the same flavours and battery life but with cost-effective and environmentally friendly replacement IVG Reload 4-in-1 and 2X Reload pods.
Airflow and overall performance remain with this seamless transition to a compliant and MHRA-approved device that lasts for up to all 4 pods without the need to recharge and delivers up to approximately 2400 puffs.
Each individual prefilled pod contains a built-in mesh coil and 2 ml of IVG's award-winning flavour formulas produced with 20 mg (2%) nicotine strength nic salt e-liquid.
Auto-draw technology makes the device simple and delivers a smooth mouth-to-lung (MTL) experience. It is also cost-effective, with pods and flavours easily swapped out.

The IVG 2400 prefilled pod kit is in the process of transitioning to new packaging. Currently, our stock features the older style of packaging, similar to the disposable version of the IVG 2400. The key difference between the two products is the inclusion of a USB charging port at the base of the prefilled rechargeable product.

IVG Reload Replacement Prefilled Pods
The original IVG 2400 is a successful, tried and tested product loved by millions across the UK. IVG have opted not to change anything that will affect the end-user and their overall experience.
After thoroughly enjoying the accompanying four pods with the IVG 2400 prefilled pod kit, rather than irresponsibly disposing of the entire product, you can now replace them with a multitude of flavour options.
You can choose from packs of two of the same flavour or mix it up with packs of four different flavour options, allowing you to choose a different flavour each time you vape.
The IVG 2400 Reload 4-in-1 pod range includes four different flavours of your chosen edition; each is prefilled with 2ml of IVG's award-winning 20mg (2%) nic salt e-liquid.
Packed with two of the same single flavours, the IVG 2400 Reload X2 pod packs provide two of the same flavours in one pack.
These flavours deliver an exquisitely smooth mouth-to-lung (MTL) experience and are inspired by their amazing and diverse IVG Salt range of nic salt e-liquids.

Please note: Type-C USB charging cable is NOT included and must be purchased separately if required.
Instructions for setting up an IVG 2400 prefilled pod vape kit
When your IVG 2400 prefilled pod kit arrives, follow the instructions below:
- Remove the top mouthpiece cap, and insert all four pod cartridges
- Align the arrows at the top with the numbers to vape
- Lift and twist to switch between pods, making sure the arrows are aligned before use
Note: The battery is not rechargeable, and once all four e-liquid pod cartridges are depleted, they should be disposed of responsibly at a dedicated battery recycling point.
Remove from packaging.
Remove rubber plug and cap from device.
Insert all four pods into the device.
Align numbers with arrows.
