Can I change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to edit/amend orders once they are placed, as orders are packaged and shipped quickly.

Once you place an order, you can cancel it by clicking a link in your order confirmation email or in the account area on our website. You can cancel orders within 20 minutes of placing them; after that, you can place a new order with your desired products.

Alternatively, you can email us, and we’ll do our best to help you; however, we cannot promise we’ll be able to change your order.

If you’re unable to cancel your order, please contact us, and we’ll help you arrange a free return of the parcel.

How Does Click to Pay Work?

Click to Pay is essentially the online version of contactless payments. It removes the hassle of manually typing in card numbers, expiry dates, or passwords every time you buy something online.

Instead of being tied to a specific device ecosystem (like Apple Pay or Google Pay), it is a universal standard built by the major card networks, meaning it works seamlessly across both Visa and Mastercard.

Here are the key points of how it works:

One-Time Setup: You enrol your cards just once, either directly through your bank's mobile app, via the Visa/Mastercard portal, or during an online checkout.

Smart Recognition: When you shop online, just look for the Click to Pay icon. Once you enter your email address or mobile number, the system automatically recognises you.

Passwordless Security: If you are on a trusted device, you can bypass verification entirely. On a new device, a quick one-time passcode (OTP) is sent to your phone or email to verify your identity.

Once set up, checking out is reduced to just a couple of quick clicks: identify yourself, select your saved Visa or Mastercard, and confirm the payment.

Please note: Some major UK banking groups, like NatWest and Lloyds, have already auto-enrolled their customers into Click to Pay, which is why it automatically pops up at checkout when you enter your email or phone number.

If you would like to opt out of Click to Pay, contact your bank or opt out in your banking app or the Visa/Mastercard Click to Pay portal.
